Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way!  Timeframes are usually much shorter, however, conditions such as weather and carriers may prolong processing time.

STORE PICKUP

FAPJAX is currently a webstore only and we do not offer store pickup.  On some occasions we may be present as vendors at events and may offer pickup at our vendor booth.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is currently unavailable.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 days using major carriers such as DHL, USPS, UPS, Fedex, or UPS. We currently only ship within the USA. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Number of items, shipping location, weight, and shipping times are all factors that affect how shipping charges are calculated.  Promotional Free Shipping may occasionally be offered if certain merchandise subtotals reach a threshold.  In this case, you are not charged for shipping.  

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@fapjax.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.  Certain items are ineligible for returns or exchanges.  These items include any adults toys or underwear.
